The Junior League of Racine, Inc., is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Our Vision

The Junior League of Racine will grow through and be recognized for focused efforts on projects that enhance the well-being of children and for providing a legacy of trained volunteers.

Being part of the Junior League of Racine means you are playing a role in the effective positive change in our community while learning and developing your leadership skills. The League is a supportive environment where volunteers can explore their interests, learn about voluntarism, and meet new friends.

For over 100 years this international organization, involving 295 Leagues in four countries, has been making a positive impact in communities. It has been the Junior League's mission to develop the potential of its volunteers, promote voluntarism, and improve communities. The League is open to anyone that shares these goals.
