Nola Starling-Ratliff named Administrator of the Year
May 23, 2008 - Racine Junior League member Nola Starling-Ratliff, Directing Principal of William Horlick High School was named Ad ministrator of the Year by RAMAC.
Jose Martinez, Unified's Area III Superintendent, calls Nola an "exemplary educator who is innovative, motivational, energetic and visionary. She challenges her students to be risk takers, not to fear mistakes but to learn from them."
